膳食纤维对胃肠道功能影响研究进展

摘要

膳食纤维是机体所必需的一类营养物质,它不仅理化性质特殊,在功能特性上也存在明显差异。膳食
纤维以及其发酵产物短链脂肪酸可以改变肠道微生物的生成,进而起到促进肠道免疫与改善炎症、增强倡导免
疫力等效果,因此在本次研究中主要针对膳食纤维对胃肠道功能影响进行综述。
