广东省民办职业院校教职工的幸福感研究
摘要
略。研究发现，民办职业院校教师的幸福感受到工作环境、社会支持和个人发展机会等多方面因素的影响。具体而言，教
师面临较大的工作压力，但工作资源（如社会支持、工作自主性和培训机会）不足，导致整体幸福感处于中等水平。此外，
民办职业院校教师的职业归属感较低，职业角色不清晰，进一步影响其职业认同和幸福感。为提升教师幸福感，研究建议
民办职业院校优化工作环境，增强社会支持，并提供更多职业发展机会。未来研究可进一步探讨不同文化背景和教育体系
下教师幸福感的差异，为提升教师幸福感提供更全面的理论支持和实践建议。
