学生资助工作队伍职业化专业化研究与探索
摘要
发展的重要保障。本文依据文献研究从基础理论、现状问题、实际研究方向对其进行深入论述，发现目前在人力资源配置、
专业能力、职业发展及训练方面存在明显缺陷，直接影响了工作效能与服务质量。各地、各高校也通过改革人员结构、提
高专业性、完善培训机制等多种举措进行服务效益的提升。研究的结论对于丰富理论构架及指导相关政策都具有有益的参
考价值。
