肺细胞病理学报告系统对肺肿瘤疾病的诊断价值

摘要

目的:评估《世界卫生组织肺细胞病理学报告系统》(World Health Organization Pulmonary Cytopathology Reporting System,WHO系统)在临床肺肿瘤中的应用价值。方法:回顾接受呼吸道细胞病理学检查的374例患者样本,通过对比细胞学与组织病理学诊断结果并依据WHO系统分类并分析,结果:374例样本中,不足/不充分/非诊断性13例(3.5%),良性109例(29.1%),非典型35例(9.4%),可疑恶性13例(3.5%),恶性204例(54.5%)。各类别恶性风险(ROM)各异,活检显示最高灵敏度和特异性(均为100%),支气管刷检和痰液样本的诊断性能各异。结论:WHO报告系统提升肺细胞病理学诊断一致性和准确性,优化患者管理。
