膝关节单髁置换术后早期疼痛管理的研究进展
摘要
节炎的有效治疗方法,由于膝关节单髁置换术的手术切口相较于全膝关节置换术 (total knee arthroplasty TKA) 更
小,对周围的软组织损伤较小、保有的骨量更多,因此术后并发症也相对较少。并且接受 UKA 的患者更年轻,
术后的康复效果也相较于 TKA 患者更佳,术后早期良好的疼痛管理是膝关节功能恢复的必要条件,不充分的
镇痛将严重影响患者术后康复和功能锻炼。
