绝经后高血压患者血压变异性与靶器官损害的研究进展

摘要

绝经后妇女的高血压发病率比绝经前妇女高四倍,而年龄匹配的男性的发病率仅增加三倍,目
前需要进一步的临床研究来揭示高血压和相关心血管疾病 (Cardiovascular Diseases,CVD) 的性别差异,以促进以
性别为导向的抗高血压治疗方法的发展。血压变异性(Blood Pressure Variability ,BPV)与靶器官损伤、心血
管风险和死亡相关,这表明除了降低平均血压值之外,BPV 可能还可以作为高血压管理的新靶点,然而关于治
疗干预控制血压变异性的有效性的证据仍然缺乏。
