共振呼吸与运动干预高血压的神经 - 内分泌调节机制综述
摘要
降压药物,但长期用药存在依从性差、血压波动大及靶器官保护不足等局限。相较之下,非药物干预因其安全、可持续、
作用机制多元而受到广泛关注。共振呼吸作为一种基于呼吸节律调控自主训练方式,能够重建交感 - 副交感平衡,改善心
率变异性与压力反射敏感性;运动干预则经过外周代谢负荷调节自主神经功能和内分泌轴节律,缓解高血压相关神经源性
负荷。二者在调节路径、作用靶点与节律重构方面具有互补性。本文围绕高血压的神经 - 内分泌失衡机制,系统梳理共振
呼吸与运动干预的作用机制,探讨其协同干预研究进展,旨在为高血压非药物干预策略优化提供机制参考。
