利用生信分析探索基因ASPN在PCa诊断与治疗中的应用

摘要

目的:通过生信技术寻找前列腺癌的关键基因,为临床诊断和治疗提供支持。方法:从基因表达数据库筛选数据,使用在线工具处理并通过韦恩图筛选高表达基因。利用David 6.8进行功能富集和通路分析,构建蛋白互作网络,并结合可视化工具进行处理。最后,借助癌症基因组图谱数据评估ASPN在前列腺癌病程中的作用。结果:筛选出的中枢基因中包含2个促癌基因和多个抑癌基因。GO功能和KEGG分析显示,这些基因在前列腺癌中作用复杂,对不同病程影响各异。cBioPortal分析表明,促癌基因高表达与患者较差的临床预后相关。结论:ASPN在前列腺癌中具有重要临床意义,对病程影响显著,其发现为前列腺癌的诊断和治疗提供了新方向。
