基于网络药理学探讨黄精治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的作用机制
摘要
通过Cytoscape 软件和STRING数据库分析分别得到黄精治疗DOP的有效活性成分和核心靶点,运用DAVID数据库进行
KEGG通路富集分析,确定黄精治疗DOP的作用机制。结果表明黄精治疗DOP的有效活性成分为黄芩素、薯蓣皂苷、甘草素、
β-谷甾醇等,核心靶点为AKT1、ESR1、TP53等,主要通过癌症通路、p53信号通路、IL-17信号通路等信号通路实现。
本研究初步揭示了黄精能够通过多成分、多靶点、多通路治疗DOP,为进一步研究黄精治疗DOP奠定了理论基础。
