运动疗法与抑郁症治疗的神经炎症反应机制研究进展

摘要

抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病。抑郁症相关疾病的重要因素是患者在治疗中出现了异质治疗反应。无论是人体还是动物实验都表明炎症和神经炎症是与外部刺激和神经生理机制相互作用并可能产生抑郁症的相关生物学因素。体育锻炼能够促进分子变化,从而使周围和中枢神经系统的慢性促炎状态转化为消炎状态达到治疗抑郁症的作用。运动疗法治疗抑郁症的神经炎症反应也一度成为研究的热点。
