加味参苓白术散联合果胶益生元粉治疗脾虚湿盛型 肠内营养相关性腹泻的临床研究

摘要

目的探讨加味参苓白术散联合果胶治疗脾虚湿盛型肠内营养相关性腹泻的临床研究。方法选取2022年5月-2023年5月我
院收治的肠内营养相关性腹泻患者82例,分为两组,对照组选择常规治疗,研究组选择加味参苓白术散联合果胶治疗。
结果与对照组比,研究组的治疗有效率更好(P<0.05);研究组的中医症状评分更低(P<0.05);研究组的Hart评分更
低(P<0.05);研究组的粪便稠度和粪便重量评分更低(P<0.05)。结论加味参苓白术散联合果胶益生元粉治疗脾虚湿
盛型肠内营养相关性腹泻的效果更加显著,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,改善预后,值得推广。
