精益化管理在口腔复用器械再处理流程与供应服务质量中的作用效果

摘要

目的：分析精益化管理在口腔复用器械再处理流程与供应服务质量中的作用效果。方法：选取2021年07月-2022年07月本院210件口腔复用器械开展研究，将2022年之前实施常规管理的100件器械纳入对照组，将之后实施精细化管理的110件器械纳入观察组，比较两组管理效果。结果：观察组的管理满意度、清洗合格率、灭菌合格率和打包合格率均明显高于对照组，等待时长和周转时间均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：实施精细化管理，能够优化口腔复用器械再处理工作，提高供应服务质量，具有推广价值。
