穴位贴敷法对促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肠蠕动恢复的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨穴位贴敷法对促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肠蠕动恢复的效果观察。方法：选取2021年1月-2023年8月我院收治cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 104 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 was divided into two groups. The control group chose conventional treatment and the research group chose acupoint application for treatment. Results were better in the study group than the control group（P <0.05）；lower in the study group（P <0.05）；and VAS and quality of life were better in the study group（P <0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application has a more significant effect on promoting laparoscopic cholecystectomy，which can promote the recovery of intestinal function as soon as possible，shorten the recovery time of intestinal peristalsis，relieve pain and improve the quality of life，which is worth promoting. [Key words] Conventional treatment；acupoint application；laparoscopic cholecystectomy；recovery of intestinal peristalsis；treatment effect的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者104例，分为两组，对照组选择常规治疗，研究组选择穴位贴敷法治疗。结果：与对照组比，研究组的肠道功能恢复情况更好（P＜0.05）；研究组的中医症状评分更低（P＜0.05）；研究组的VAS和生活质量评分更好（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位贴敷法对促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗效果更加显著，可以促进患者肠道功能的尽快恢复，缩短肠蠕动恢复时间，缓解疼痛程度，提高生活质量，值得推广。
