SORBS2 相关疾病的研究进展

包含Sorbin和SH3结构域2蛋白（SORBS2）是SOHO蛋白家族的一种衔接蛋白。SORBS2在细胞骨架组织、细胞粘附和信号通路中起作用，并且其与多种疾病关系密切，包括心脏疾病、肿瘤性疾病、认知功能障碍及动脉粥样硬化等。本文就SORBS2的结构以及与各相关疾病的关系进行总结。
