孕康糖浆联合烯丙雌醇治疗先兆流产的临床研究

摘要

目的探讨孕康糖浆联合烯丙雌醇治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月-2022年12月我院收治的先兆流产患者90例，根据入院顺序将其分为两组，对照组：烯丙雌醇治疗，干预组：孕康糖浆联合烯丙雌醇治疗。比较两组治疗效果、止血时间、腰腹酸痛缓解时间、妊娠相关蛋白A（PAPP-A）、泌乳素（PRL）、血清中β人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）水平。结果干预组治疗效果更高（P＜0.05）；干预组止血时间、腰腹酸痛缓解时间更早（P＜0.05）；干预组PAPP-A、PRL、β-HCG水平更高（P＜0.05）。结论孕康糖浆联合烯丙雌醇治疗先兆流产的临床效果较好，有利于尽快缓解患者阴道出血、腰腹酸痛症状，同时可以改善PAPP-A、PRL、β-HCG水平，临床应用价值较高。
