复发性颌骨骨髓炎行血管化游离腓骨肌皮瓣重建术后钛板排斥反应一例
摘要
颌骨节段性切除联合血管化腓骨瓣移植修复术。术后随访显示，移植骨于9个月时达骨性愈合，但14个月后出现迟发性
钛板排斥反应，经手术取出内固定装置后临床症状缓解。本案例提示，针对糖尿病相关难治性骨髓炎的治疗，应遵循扩
大清创原则彻底清除坏死骨组织，并且需强化血糖调控并延长抗感染疗程从而降低感染复发风险。
