温针灸治疗颈型颈椎病颈部疼痛的效果观察
摘要
取病例60例，均发生颈型颈椎病且伴有明显颈部疼痛，设2组，是对照组（常规针灸治疗，n=30例）、观察组（温针灸
治疗，n=30例）。结果：治疗1周与治疗2周后，各组颈部疼痛评分、颈椎活动度比较有差异（P＜0.05）。完成2周治疗后
的临床疗效比是观察组比对照组大（P＜0.05）。结论：存在颈部疼痛症状的颈型颈椎病患者采用温针灸治疗，可减轻颈
部疼痛，提高颈椎活动度与治疗有效率，应用价值显著。
