重型病毒性肝炎院内感染与预防措施的研究
摘要
院收治的重型病毒性肝炎患者70例，随机（数字表法）分组，分为院内感染组（简称院感组）43例和非院内感染组（简
称非院感组）27例。观察医院内感染率的情况、感染部位的分布及并发症发生率。结果：重型肝炎医院感染率为61.4%；
感染部位分主要分布在腹腔、下呼吸道和胃肠道；院感组并发症发生率显著更高（P＜0.05）。结论：重型病毒性肝炎患
者极容易在院内受到感染，且发病率明显更高，在对其开展治疗工作的期间需要采取有针对性的预防措施进行有效的应
对，降低患者各种并发症等不良情况的发生率及医院内的感染几率。
