虚拟仿真技术在提升护理临床教学效果中的机制探索

摘要

虚拟仿真技术逐渐成为护理临床教学的重要辅助工具,相较于传统临床护理教学的手段,尤其是在技能训练和实际操作方面的效果凸显,不仅能够有效提高教学效果,增强学生的技能水平,还为临床准备提供更为真实的环境。本文旨在探讨虚拟仿真技术在护理临床教学中的应用机制,通过对相关文献的回顾与分析,系统总结了其在护理临床教学中的优势与挑战,并为临床护理教学的改革与创新提供参考,进一步推动医院临床护士培训的高效性。
