2 型糖尿病所致血管病变的研究现状

摘要

2型糖尿病(T2DM)作为一种累及多系统的慢性疾病,虽不具备传染性,但由于社会生产力的增加,能量摄取与消耗失衡,糖尿病越来越多发,已达到流行的程度。T2DM通过血管影响靶器官损伤,影响微血管也累及大血管。眼底微血管、肾脏微血管、脑微血管是目前研究微血管损伤较多的部位。T2DM使外周血管产生斑块,致使血管僵硬度上升,从而诱发冠心病、入脑前动脉闭塞导致的脑梗死等大血管病变。大血管病变会在短期内构成生命威胁,也是T2DM患者首要死亡原因,相比之下,微血管病变的危害是长久且隐秘的,但是严重干扰了患者的生活质量。因此,本文就糖尿病所致血管障碍的研究现状进行综述
