四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果研究

摘要

目的探讨四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果研究。方法选取2023年4月-2024年4月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者104例，分为两组，对照组选择常规西医治疗，研究组选择四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗。结果，研究组治疗有效率及安全性更高（P＜0.05）；研究组肿瘤指标更好（P＜0.05）；研究组激素水平更好（P＜0.05）。结论子宫肌瘤施以四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗的效果明显，能够有效调节机体的血清激素指标和肿瘤标志物水平，缩小肿瘤体积，控制不良反应出现，可以推广。
