多学科联合教学查房在 ICU 住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要

目的:对参与ICU住院医师规范化培训的教学模式展开研究,分析多学科联合教学查房的价值。方法:2022.9-2023.9,对参与ICU住院医师规范化培训的医学生展开研究,共计20例,教学方式有2,1是传统教学查房,参与者10例,是对照组;2是多学科联合教学查房,参与者10例,是观察组。结果:对比教学成绩、综合能力、教学评价,观察组>对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积极改进ICU住院医师规范化培训,应用多学科联合教学查房,可提高教学成绩、综合能力、教学评价。
