用于艾滋病病毒医学教育的电子健康软件:叙述性评论

摘要

基于艾滋病病毒(HIV)护理的复杂性及其不断扩大的临床人员队伍,因此需要新的远程学习模式来提供
相关的医学教育。我们进行了叙述性审查,以评估最近支持HIV医疗保健的电子健康软件(eHealth)对于HIV干预
措施的教育之可接受性和有效性。来自 24篇文章的证据表明,电子健康教育的同步(实时)、异步(任何时间)和混
合(组合)模式是可行和可接受的。评价中纳入的 19项干预措施中只有两项(一项异步,一项混合)采用了随机对
照设计。一些研究表明案例管理的信心和感知质量有所提高,但很少有研究旨在证明其影响。成功的电子健康教育
干预需要彻底了解目标社区的能力和需求。同步和异步策略似乎都可以接受并且可能有效,但需要更多的研究来评
估对知识和实践的影响,以确定最有效的交付模式。
