机械通气期间气道分级管理在重症肺炎患者的运用
摘要
目的：分析机械通气期间气道分级管理在重症肺炎患者的运用情况。方法：选择我院近一年收治的重症肺炎患者加以研究分析，共计46例，46例患者以随机分组的方式分为A组与B组，仅对A组患者在机械通气期间行气道分级管理措施，而B组未进行，对比两组患者的临床情况。结果：对比A组与B组患者的ICU住院时间与机械通气时间，A组各项指标时间明显少于B组，差异对比性大，有统计学对比价值P＜0.05。结论：机械通气期间对重症肺炎患者给予气道分级管理措施可以改善共呼吸功能，同时还可减轻治疗所带来的副反应，缩短通气时间。
