品管圈活动在提高重症患者俯卧位通气护理规范率中的应用效果
摘要
法 于 2022 年 11 月 16 日至 2023 年 10 月 30 日，选取我院心血管外科监护室接受俯卧位通气治疗的重症患者作为研究对象。
成立品管圈小组，以“提高重症患者俯卧位通气护理规范性”为主题，通过分析护理不规范的原因，确定改善重点，设定
目标值，并制定与实施相应对策。结果 品管圈活动实施后，重症患者俯卧位通气护理规范率从 72.53% 提升至 91.47%，达
到预定目标，进步率为 26.11%。患者在俯卧位通气过程中的并发症发生率显著降低，治疗预后得到显著改善。结论 品管圈
活动能够有效提升重症患者俯卧位通气护理的规范性，显著改善患者的低氧血症状况，并降低治疗过程中的并发症发生率，
具有重要的临床应用价值。
