跨学科协作的概念分析

摘要

目的:本研究采用 Walker 和 Avant 的经典概念分析法,剖析跨学科协作的概念,明确其在现代护理领域中的内涵、
特征及其重要性,为促进护理实践与多学科团队的有效融合提供理论支持与实践指导。方法:系统检索 Web of Science、
CNKI、PubMed、Sci-Hub、ScienceDirect、ProQuest、Wiley、Google scholar、Scopus and CINAHL 等权威数据库,筛选出
2015 ~ 2025 年间发表的与跨学科协作相关的学术文献。经过严格筛选,最终纳入 22 篇高质量文献进行深入分析。结果:
识别出跨学科协作的 5 个核心属性:主体多样性、目标融合性、知识整合性、过程动态性、结果创新性;同时,明确前置
因素包括共同的愿景与目标、互补的知识与技能、有效的沟通机制、领导与支持体系,后置影响包括服务质量的提升、创
新能力的增强、人才培养的优化及知识体系的扩展,并提出实证测量指标。结论:跨学科协作的概念属性与当前医疗护理
领域的特点相符,为跨学科协作的理论和实践提供了概念支撑,对促进医疗改革和提高护理质量具有重要意义。
