ESPCS 护理模式在全髋关节置换术后运动恐惧患者中应用效
摘要
院骨科收治的髋关节置换术患者 96 例为研究对象。按照便利抽样法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组 48 例，对照组行常
规护理，观察组实施 ESPCS 护理，比较两组患者在住院期间干预前后，希望与运动恐惧水平、髋关节功能康复、生活质量
情况。结果：观察组患者运动恐惧得分低于对照组，希望水平、髋关节功能评分、生活质量均高于对照组，差异具有统计
学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：对全髋关节置换术患者实施基于 ESPCS 模式护理干预，有助于减轻患者运动恐惧，增强希望
水平，改善生活质量。
