连续血糖监测系统对 2 型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的证据总结

摘要

目的 总结连续血糖监测仪对 2 型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的相关证据。方法 系统检索国内外数据库中连续血糖监
测仪对 2 型糖尿病患者血糖管理的相关文献,根据相关文献评价标准进行评价并提取证据。结果 共纳入 17 篇文献,包括
指南 3 篇,系统评价 12 篇,专家共识 2 篇,从血糖指标、血糖波动、使用连续血糖监测仪不良事件、血糖管理依从性 4 个
方面共提取出 12 条最佳证据。结论 持续血糖监测有利于 2 型糖尿病患者血糖指标的改善,将证据转化为 2 型糖尿病患者
自我管理方案,把持续血糖监测应用在 2 型糖尿病患者中,以期提高血糖管理的依从性,帮助患者控制血糖,最终改善其
临床症状与预后、提高生活质量。
