传染病公共事件下隔离重症病房护士心理健康及与心理弹性的关系

摘要

本研究采用方便抽样的方法在浙江省某三甲医院的新冠隔离重症病房招募护士为研究对象。资料收集通过问卷星
的形式采集个人资料及量表数据,采用 SPSS 22.0 对数据进行统计分析。运用独立样本 t 检验或 ANOVA 分析比较 PHQ-
9、GAD-7 及 ISI 得分的统计学差异,Pearson 相关分析连续变量间的相关性。分析结果显示,隔离重症病房护士的心理弹
性与抑郁、焦虑、失眠呈负相关,即心理弹性水平越高的护士,其抑郁、焦虑、失眠的可能性越低。心理弹性可以降低重
大疫情下疲劳对临床护士心理健康、睡眠质量和工作满意度的影响。未来可通过对护士的心理弹性进行针对性干预,以改
善重大疫情下护士的心理健康。
