甲状腺乳头状癌颈部皮肤转移 2 例
摘要
性恶性肿瘤有关。本文报告 2 例 PTC 皮肤转移的患者：两名患者均为女性，一名 60 岁，一名 69 岁，两名患者均在甲状腺
术后出现颈前皮下结节，且组织学检查证明为甲状腺乳头状癌转移形成的癌结节。在本文中，由于患者有 PTC 病史，借助
组织病理学检查更容易诊断。本文提示我们曾经明确诊断恶性肿瘤的患者出现异常皮肤表现时，首先要考虑到肿瘤复发转
移至皮肤的可能，应及时行组织病理检查和免疫组化来诊断。
