高龄患者脊柱术后谵妄危险因素分析及护理进展
摘要
题，从心理护理、消除诱发因素、提高手术耐受力、治疗原发疾病、手术前后严密观察病情及加强基础护理、采取睡眠护理、
持续氧疗、控制疼痛等护理措施进行预防。结论：对老年病人进行术前、术中、术后进行个性化护理，能有效地防止或降
低老年病人术后精神错乱的发生率，促进精神错乱的恢复 [1]。
