养老机构老年人衰弱对生活质量的影响研究
摘要
量表和 SF-12 评估衰弱对老年人生活质量的影响。结果：衰弱老年人的 SF-12 生理维度和心理维度得分低于未衰弱老年人（P
＜ 0.05）。调整影响因素后，衰弱对生理维度和心理维度的影响较小。体重下降、听力下降、独居可预测 SF-12 的生理维
度和心理维度。行走困难、平衡感差、情绪低落、缺乏社会支持可独立预测 SF-12 生理维度。身体疲乏可独立预测 SF-12
心理维。结论：衰弱的不同条目影响养老机构老年人生活质量的生理和心理维度，护理人员可根据老年人具体情况制定针
对性的干预措施，以提高养老机构老年人生活质量。
