乳腺癌术后患者社会再融合的研究进展
摘要
目的 综述目前国内外乳腺癌术后患者社会再融合的研究进展，以期为临床制定干预措施提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献，从社会再融合的概念、现状、相关评估工具及其影响因素等方面进行整理和分析。结果 社会再融合的概念涵盖四个属性及八个相关评估工具，综合分析了乳腺癌术后患者社会再融合的影响因素包括人口社会学因素、疾病与治疗因素、心理因素、社会因素及人格因素等方面，为开展精准干预性研究提供借鉴依据。结论 社会再融合对促进乳腺癌患者功能恢复、心理康复、改善患者预后和提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义。
