色素性微囊肾嫌色细胞癌临床病理学观察

摘要

目的：探讨色素性微囊肾嫌色细胞癌的临床病理、诊断及鉴别诊断特征。方法：通过对一例色素性微囊肾嫌色细胞癌的临床、影像资料及组织学形态、免疫组化结果进行综合分析。结果：本例色素性微囊肾嫌色细胞癌大体境界尚清，切面呈灰棕色、质中，镜下瘤细胞排列主要呈微囊状、筛状结构，肿瘤间质稀少，并见较多钙化及色素沉着。免疫组化：E-caldherin、CD117、AE1/AE3、EMA、CAM5.2 均显示阳性，CK7 显示灶。结论：色素性微囊肾嫌色细胞癌是一种特别少见的肿瘤，目前国内外报道皆少，该肿瘤具有相对良性的生物学行为，预后较好。
