kegel 训练、肌电生物反馈和神经肌肉电刺激对盆底功能障碍患者膀胱功能障碍和盆底肌短期力量的影响

摘要

目的:探究 kegel 训练、肌电生物反馈和神经肌肉电刺激对盆底功能障碍患者膀胱功能障碍和盆底肌短期力量的影响。方法:选取 2017 年 12 月至 2018 年 9 月 120 例入住接受治疗的盆底功能障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=60)和试验组(n=60),对照组和试验组患者开始接受治疗,试验组患者给予肌电生物反馈联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗同时配合 Kegel训练;对照组患者仅给予 Kegel 训练。记录两组患者的一般情况,采用盆底肌肉综合肌力的指标 Oxford 评分(MOS)对盆底肌力进行评分测评两组患者盆底肌张力,记录患者的静息阶段、快肌评估阶段、10 s 慢肌阶段、60 s 慢肌阶段及后静息阶段盆底肌表面肌电位,采用鉴定 PFD 不同症状的盆底障碍影响简易问卷对患者盆底功能进行评价;比较两组尿动力学改善情况包括最大膀胱容量、最大尿流率、最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力及膀胱初感容积,采用膀胱障碍问卷量表(ICI-Q-SF)对患者压力性尿失禁情况进行评价。结果:患者的一般情况试验组和对照组的一般情况(年龄、体重、体重指数、病史和生产次数)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的盆底肌张力情况,试验组≥3 分患者的例数明显高于对照组,并且试验组中测定结果无为 0 分的患者,差异有统计学意义(P
