用 SD 大鼠研究饲鸽者肺发病机制动物模型的构建

摘要

目的 探讨通过鸽子毛皮等脱落物蛋白制作 SD 大鼠饲鸽者肺动物模型的可行性。方法:通过提取鸽子毛皮等脱落物的蛋白作为致敏原,再随机将大鼠分为实验组和对照组,每组各 40 只,使大鼠暴露在鸽子毛皮等脱落物的蛋白中,通过病理切片 HE 染色和 Mason 染色观察 2 周、4 周及 8 周大鼠肺部组织变化,比较两组大鼠肺部的差异。结果:HE 染色提示实验组大鼠的肺泡腔结构正常,局部充血,肺泡壁有炎性细胞、淋巴细胞浸润及散在非干酪性巨噬细胞性肉芽肿,且炎性反应程度与刺激时间呈正相关,对照组大鼠的肺部组织未见明显异常;Mason 染色提示两组肺组织均未出现肺纤维化改变。结论:鸽子毛皮等脱落物能使得大鼠的肺部组织出现炎症反应,可以通过鸽子毛皮等脱落物构建 SD 大鼠饲鸽者肺动物模型。
