超声诊断左室双腔心一例并文献回顾
摘要
肌束或纤维条索分隔为两个腔室。本文报道了一例 70 岁女性患者，因上肢疼痛就诊，经超声心动图检查确诊为 DCLV。超
声特征性表现为左心室内异常条索样高回声将心室分隔为两腔，彩色多普勒于交通口探及高速花色血流信号，此特征对诊
断具有决定性价值。超声可作为本病筛查、诊断及随访的核心工具。
