摘要
缺乏成熟统一的手术入路方式。目前经骶尾入路是大多数肛肠外科医师治疗骶前囊肿的首选入路。本文报道 1 例经骶前入
路手术治疗骶前囊肿形成直肠瘘的案案例以及相关文献回顾，与同道交流以期积累相关临床经验。
