心脏外科手术后患者发生腹部并发症危险因素的 Meta 分析
摘要
后腹部并发症。方 法 计算机检索 PubMed、 Embase、 Web of Science、知网、万方等数据库中 , 选取心脏外科患者发生腹
部并发症的相关文献 , 搜索建库至 2024 年 3 月。利用 RevMan5.4 软件进行 Meta 分析。 结果 纳入 2579 篇文献 , 去除重复
文献 647 篇 , 阅读题目和摘要后去除 1847 篇 , 再阅读全文去除 68 篇 , 最终纳入文献 15 篇。体外循环时间（CPB Time）、
高龄患者、围手术期肾功能衰竭、NYHA class III–IV、术前 IABP 支持、使用呼吸机超过 24 小时（prolonged mechanical
ventilation）是体外循环术后腹部并发症发生的高危因素。结论 上述 5 项因素是心脏术后发生腹部并发症的危险因素。对明
确有上述危险因素的患者，应采取必要的预防措施，及早诊断治疗，减少心脏术后腹部并发症的发生。
