心理剧疗效因子的探索性研究 ——以上海心理剧长程训练团体为例
摘要
角经验的成员，询问她们认为心理剧对自己有帮助之处。研究发现心理剧对主角都有帮助，在演出阶段，排在前五的疗效
因子是宣泄、自我理解、人际学习、提高社交技巧以及团体凝聚力，后面是原生家庭的矫正性重现、希望重塑；此阶段心
理剧特有的疗效因子是导演的专业能力、角色交换带出的对关系的理解、具象化带出的象征性表达、辅角的功用、镜观带
出的顿悟、角色扮演带出的新思考、附加现实带出对现实缺憾的弥补。在心理剧的分享阶段，最集中体现的疗效因子是普
遍性，没有发现心理剧特有的疗效因子。
