儿童再发性腹痛与霜斑样溃疡的临床研究
摘要
发性腹痛（RAP）患儿是否存在霜斑样溃疡，了解儿童再发性腹痛与霜斑样溃疡相关性，把 HP 患儿分为抑酸组及抗 HP
治疗组。结果 霜斑样溃疡患儿中 HP 阳性患儿 60 例。60 例 HP 阳性患儿治疗后复查胃镜，抗 HP 组有效率明显高于抑酸组
（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 霜斑样溃疡与 HP 感染相关，其为引起再发性腹痛的重要原因。
