非小细胞肺癌组织中Ki-67、TOPⅡα、RRM1的表达与脉管侵犯的关系

摘要

目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中Ki-67、TOPⅡα、RRM1的表达及其与脉管侵犯的关系。方法：回顾性分析122例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料，采用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织中Ki-67、TOPⅡα、RRM1的表达，比较有脉管侵犯者和无脉管侵犯者上述分子标志物表达的差异。结果：有脉管侵犯非小细胞肺癌患者的Ki-67、TOPⅡα、RRM1的高表达率显著高于无脉管侵犯者。结论：三者在非小细胞肺癌脉管侵犯中起着重要作用。
