双眼原发性视网膜色素变性并发黄斑裂孔一例

摘要

目的：探讨原发性视网膜色素变性（RP）患者合并双眼黄斑裂孔的诊治经验。方法：报告一例71岁女性RP患者，伴双眼黄斑裂孔和黄斑前膜，分别行玻璃体切除术联合黄斑前膜剥除术及白内障手术，术后对其视力和黄斑区结构变化进行评估。结果：患者术后左眼裂孔闭合，视力明显改善；右眼虽未接受裂孔修复手术，但白内障术后视力也有所提升。术后OCT提示黄斑裂孔闭合且无复发，双眼总体视功能和结构稳定。结论：RP患者合并双眼黄斑裂孔的发病机制可能与玻璃体牵拉及视网膜-色素上皮退化有关。及时手术干预可显著改善视力和黄斑区结构，未来应加强针对RP患者黄斑区病变的研究和个体化治疗。
