前列腺突出膀胱程度在前列腺增生疾病中的临床应用评估

摘要

本文旨在探究膀胱内前列腺突出度( (Intravesical Prostatic Protrusion, IPP)在前列腺增生疾病在临床治疗中的应用评估。IPP作为评估良性前列腺增生(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, BPH)临床进展性和手术疗效预测指标之一，影响着BPH患者病理生理改变、临床表现及进展和治疗策略选择。通常采用经直肠超声(Transrectal , Ultrasonography, TRUS) 检测。TRUS未能及时检测到IPP可能会导致BPH发展成为难治性症状，因为IPP导致的膀胱出口梗阻(Bladder Outlet Obstruction, BOO)可能对典型的α1-肾上腺素能受体拮抗剂治疗没有明显反应。此外，IPP的分级可影响前列腺切除术的结局和并发症，故而TRUS对IPP的诊断可助前列腺疾病进行更早的评估和管理。
