可溶性CD146在急性肾损伤患者诊断中的作用

摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨可溶性CD146(sCD146)在急性肾损伤(AKI)患者中的表达水平及其在诊断中的价值。方法:筛选潍坊市人民医院肾内科2021年9月至2023年9月期间诊断为AKI的95例患者作为病例组,并匹配95例健康人作为对照组。收集两组的临床资料,采血并利用ELISA法测定血浆sCD146浓度。比较两组血清sCD146的水平,分析sCD146浓度与估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿量、C反应蛋白(CRP)、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐比值(uACR)等指标的相关性。结果:AKI病例组血浆sCD146浓度为245.2±20.1μg/L,显著高于对照组的163.8±19.7μg/L(P<0.05),且与SCr、CRP、uACR呈正相关,与eGFR和尿量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:sCD146在AKI患者中明显升高,能反映AKI肾脏损害程度,对监测AKI的发生与发展有重要临床意义。
