基于支持向量机模型识别一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病研究

摘要

目的 急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)是急性CO中毒的严重并发症。因此,对DEACMP患者的早期识别具有重要意义。方法 回顾性分析120例CO中毒患者并将其分为DEACMP组(n=45)和非DEACMP组(n=75),提取出杏仁核、尾状核、海马、苍白球、壳核、丘脑和脑室区左、右侧的分数各向异性(FA)值和平均扩散系数(MD)值特征以及24个临床特征,然后建立并评估了包括临床特征模型、弥散加权成像(DWI)特征模型以及整合临床与DWI模型在内的三个SVM模型。结果 三个模型的预测准确率分别为0.76、0.94、0.97。其中,联合模型的精度为1.00,灵敏度为0.92,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.97。结论 DWI的FA和MD可能是早期识别DEACMP患者的潜在生物标志物。联合模型在识别DEACMP方面具有良好的准确性和临床实用性。
