新型冠状病毒感染相关肝损伤的研究进展

摘要

新型冠状病毒仍在全世界范围内间断流行,是临床医师将长期面临的挑战。众多研究与分析表明,相当比例的新型冠状病毒感染人群会出现不同程度的肝损伤,肝损伤的出现对疾病的疗程、转归、预后造成了影响,尤其对本身有慢性肝病的患者造成的影响不容忽视。本文就新型冠状病毒感染相关的肝损伤机制研究进行综合分析及叙述,旨在为肝病专科医生对新型冠状病毒感染的诊治、患者慢病管理提供理论基础。
