富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗半月板损伤的疗效分析

摘要

本研究旨在深入评估富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗半月板损伤的疗效。选取 2023 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月期间于我院就诊的 80 例半月板损伤患者,依据严格的纳入与排除标准,将其随机分为实验组(n = 40)与对照组(n = 40)。实验组患者接受在关节镜下清理损伤半月板后注射 PRP 的治疗方案,共注射 3 次,每次间隔 1 周;对照组则采用传统的关节镜下半月板修复术或切除术,并在术后给予常规抗感染及康复治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后 1 个月、3 个月和 6 个月,运用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疼痛程度、Lysholm 膝关节功能评分量表评估膝关节功能、西安大略和曼彻斯特大学关节炎指数(WOMAC)评估关节炎症状。研究结果表明,治疗前两组各指标评分无显著差异(P > 0.05)。治疗后 1 个月、3 个月和 6 个月,实验组在 VAS 评分、Lysholm 评分及 WOMAC 评分方面均显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。这充分证实了 PRP 治疗在缓解疼痛、改善膝关节功能以及减轻关节炎症状等方面具有显著优势,为半月板损伤的治疗提供了新的有效选择。
