慢性老年性疾病导致耳蜗血管纹损伤机制及预测方法

摘要

老年性耳聋(presbycusis)又称年龄相关性听力损失(Age-related hearing loss, ARHL)是全球老年人口中第二大常
见疾病。目前老年性聋的发病机制复杂,尚无有效的治疗方法,探究其发病机制及预测方法是领域内亟待解决的难题。既
往研究发现,心血管疾病 (Cardiovascular disease,CVD)等老年多发慢性疾病与老年性耳聋发生发展密切相关,本文通过
分析 CVD、糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)、高脂血症造成血管损伤的病理过程,讨论了其引发耳蜗血管纹微血管损伤的
机制;并分析了年龄相关性黄斑变性 (age-related macular degeneration,AMD)的视网膜血管变性与耳蜗微血管损伤之间
的关联。并根据耳蜗微血管损伤与视网膜血管变性的相关性,提出了眼底荧光素血管造影或可以成为早期预测老年性耳聋
的辅助检查。
