关于经桡动脉行子宫动脉栓塞术的研究进展

摘要

经桡动脉入路穿刺(transradial access,TRA)是冠状动脉介入诊疗技术的常规途径,由于穿刺局部并发症少、患
者舒适度高等优点,已被广泛应用。近些年来,随着医疗器械的发展与医生技术的提高,桡动脉穿刺技术在外周血管介入
中受到重视,但因其探索时间短,且外周血管相对复杂,桡动脉穿刺技术并未在外周介入中普遍使用,且相对性别分析于
桡动脉穿刺的研究报道较少。本文将结合最新文献进展分析桡动脉入路行子宫动脉栓塞术的优势、不足以及未来发展问题,
为行 TRA 妇科手术的介入医师提供参考,使更多患者收益。
